Facility Rentals
The larger facility is called The Grange. If you are looking for an intimate, rustic setting look no further! This building has a large main hall, an outside patio with a grassy area, a full kitchen, and a small group area for more intimate meetings. The Grange offers a beautiful, affordable venue for your wedding, birthday party, or private event. It has a capacity of up to 125 people.
The second facility is called the Taft House, which offers one room for smaller functions of up to 25 people. This room has a sink and a mounted TV perfect for a meeting or presentation.

Please note that we are not a full-service facility and you will be expected to set up, tear down, and clean. But, don't worry... our rental staff are here to guide you and offer a helping hand as needed!

Grange Amenities & Inclusions
- Approximately 125 upholstered stacking chairs, 15 round banquet folding tables with a 5ft. diameter (seats approximately 6-8), 20 rectangular 8ft. folding tables (seats approximately 8-10), 6 4ft. square tables, 2 high chairs, and a podium.
- The standard room set up features 4 tables, 16 chairs, 4 brown leather chairs, 4 bar tables, 8 bar stools, and a few side tables scattered around the space. All of this furniture can be stored in the back room if you do not want to use it.
- There are 2 gas fireplaces (one in the main hall and one on the patio), a bar area, full kitchen and deep freeze, and a back meeting room with a TV and barn doors.
- We have 8 garage doors that can be opened to allow a breeze, or to assist with moving large items in and out of the space.
- On the patio, we have 4 round tables, 16 chairs, and 4 benches. All of the patio furniture is wood. You can move this furniture out of sight for your event, if you wish.
- Women's and Men's restrooms, both with a diaper changing table.
- A rolling garment rack with hangers.
- A room divider.
- Plenty of free parking and handicapped spots.
- Free, hi-speed wireless internet access. Just ask a staff member how to get connected!
- The Grange offers a multi-zoned sound system, which can play CDs, mp3s, and connect to phones, tablets, and other devices. We also have wireless microphones. Staff will help you set this up.
- The Grange has a freestanding projection screen that can be rented for an additional fee. MNC does not rent out laptops or projectors. Make sure to mention this add-on before finalizing your application!
- We are happy to supply you with scissors, paper, pens/sharpies, tape, extension cords, trash bags, and some tools (screwdriver, measuring tape, etc.) as needed, but they will need to be returned before the end of your rental. We would encourage you to come prepared in the event that we do not have the supplies you’re needing, or you may call the day before your rental to confirm if we have it.
Taft House Amenities & Inclusions
- Approximately 30 upholstered stacking chairs, 8 rectangular 6ft. rolling tables, 1 rectangular 5ft. entry table, 1 rectangular 4ft. table, 3 rectangular 8ft. folding tables (seats approximately 8-10).
- There is a TV with HDMI cords should you want to put on a slideshow or presentation up.
- A kitchen sink (does not have a garbage disposal).
- 1 unisex bathroom with a changing table.
- 2 water fountains.
- Plenty of free parking and handicapped spots.
- We are happy to supply you with scissors, paper, pens/sharpies, tape, extension cords, trash bags as needed, but they will need to be returned before the end of your rental. We would encourage you to come prepared in the event that we do not have the supplies you’re needing, or you may call the day before your rental to confirm if we have it.
